Before submitting your proposal, please have the following information ready:

  1. Contact information for the field trip leader(s)

  2. a title for your field trip

  3. the location of the field trip

  4. duration of the field trip

  5. a preliminary budget created using the field trip budget template based on the minimum number participants

  6. a short description of the field trip (a paragraph summary)

  7. the maximum number of participants.
