GeoHost Program

The Organizing Committee is working hard to attract funds to support attendance of the congress by appropriate delegates from low-income countries.

This support will be provided through the GeoHost program. It will be necessary for those wishing to be considered for GeoHost support to complete an application process and agree to present a paper or poster during the 38th IGC. It is anticipated that the application process for individuals seeking GeoHost program support will be announced in the Second Circular, planned for January 2027.

To ensure that you receive the Second Circular, please sign up to our mailing list.

Individuals from developing countries who do not wish to present papers or posters will not be eligible for the GeoHost programme. They should independently pursue other sources of funding from international agencies to support their attendance at the 38th IGC, such as the IUGS Hutchison Young Scientist Foundation Travel Awards.
